The main objective of this thesis is to review and compare the effects of two ways of government financing, increasing the exchange rate and borrowing from the central bank, on macroeconomic variables, production and inflation. The simultaneous equations and 3sls estimation method are used. The results of the model estimation and its simulation using data among the years 1357 to 1388. Indicates that government financing through the increase of exchange rate results in production compared to borrowing from the central bank. The results obtained suggest that the government financing through the increase of exchange rate has more inflationary influence than borrowing from the central bank

Nowadays, forecast economic variables play an important role in economic planning and policy making and a variety of methods to forecasting economic variables are used. Although it may be accurate in some cases is not important in predicting, but obviously many variables to predict the short-term policy is important.Due to the importance of industry and its share in GDP, in order to predict the value added of the industrial sector in Iran during the period 1340-1389, in this paper four methods have been evaluated: Auto Regressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA), Fuzzy Regression (FR), Single Exponential Smoothing with Trend (SEST) and Double Exponential Smoothing with Trend (DEST). Comparing the accuracy of predictions, based on two criteria RMSE and R2 indicated that single exponential smoothing with trend (SEST) and fuzzy regression (FR) had the best results in forecasting the value added of the industrial sector in Iran.

Variables, residential investment, land price index and housing price index, based on responses of the research findings have fairly similar to a monetary policy shock. Entered into an interest rate shock increase housing costs and reduce short-term investments and long-term residential land price index and the increase of these two variables. , And its effect on the variables and run the facilities for housing rent index was positive and significant effect on interest rates, but there are no facilities for housing. The analysis of variance showed a significant share of the money supply, the amount of variance in the housing market, with the exception of the variable "facilities granted to the housing sector," explains a small portion of the interest rate, the amount of variance explained in the housing market.
